Gleq AI Usage Guidelines

You may not use any of our AI agents (such as the AI Lawyer, AI Doctor, or AI Developer) to generate, facilitate, or promote content that falls under the following categories:

• Illegal Activities & Harm: Any content or instruction that violates applicable laws, facilitates cyberattacks, or aids in the creation, distribution, or promotion of weapons and dangerous substances.
• Hate Speech & Harassment: Prompts or outputs that promote violence, discrimination, hatred, or harassment against any individual or protected group.
• NSFW & Explicit Content: Generating sexually explicit, pornographic, obscene, or non-consensual sexual text, images, or videos is strictly prohibited.
• Deception & Misinformation: Creating deepfakes, misleading political content, or generating text aimed at spreading fake news or impersonating real individuals or organizations with malicious intent.

To protect Gleq AI's core infrastructure and intellectual property, the following technical activities are strictly forbidden:

• Scraping & Bots: Extracting Gleq AI outputs, agent responses, system prompts, or user profile data using automated scripts, scrapers, crawlers, or bots without explicit authorization or official API access.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or discover the underlying source code, proprietary system prompts, agent routing logic, or model weights of Gleq AI.
• Bypassing Mitigations:Interfering with, circumventing, or attempting to breach platform rate limits, safety protective measures, or security configurations (including "jailbreaking" agents).

Because Gleq AI hosts highly domain-specific AI agents (e.g., AI Lawyer, AI Doctor), you must adhere to strict guidelines regarding their outputs:

• No Substitute for Professional Advice: Insights generated by our specialized personas do not constitute definitive legal, medical, financial, or engineering advice. Always consult certified human professionals for critical matters.
• Material Impact Restriction: You must not use agent outputs to make final decisions that could have a legal, health, or significant material impact on a person’s life (such as filing legal documents, medical diagnoses, or hiring decisions) without an active human-in-the-loop review.
• Transparency of AI Content: If you publish or commercially use code, text, or assets generated by Gleq AI, you must be transparent about the use of AI assistance. You may not misrepresent AI-generated outputs as being 100% human-authored.

When utilizing our virtual wallet and dynamic credit consumption system, you must comply with the following financial parameters:

• Payment Integrity: Using stolen cards, fraudulent Razorpay credentials, or exploiting payment gateway glitches to load wallet balance will result in an immediate and permanent account ban.
• Commercial Reselling: You are prohibited from renting, leasing, reselling, or commercially transferring your Gleq AI account credentials or individual wallet credits to third parties.

If a user is found violating these Usage Guidelines, Gleq AI reserves the right to take any of the following actions at its sole discretion, without prior notice:

• Temporarily restricting or limiting access to specific AI agents or advanced workspace features.
• Suspending or permanently terminating the user account and deleting project data streams.
• Freezing any remaining credits or balances left in the virtual wallet (non-refundable under guideline violations).
• Initiating legal action or reporting severe malicious activities (such as financial fraud or illegal content generation) to relevant law enforcement authorities.
